We are most pleased to inform you that we plan to open HSNEF facilities gradually as the Covid-19 related restrictions are steadily relaxed by our State & City leadership. We would be doing this cautiously and in a phased manner keeping the health & wellbeing of the devotees, priests & the staff as our foremost priority. Temple will Open for devotees on Monday, June 22nd , 2020.

Phase 1 Reopening:
Monday, June 22nd

Safeguards & Precautions that MUST be Followed

1. If you or anyone in your family are Sick to Any Extent: kindly Do NOT Visit the Temple.

2. If you are 65 years or older or have Any Chronic Condition, we urge you to Shelter at Home & participate in Temple services online. All community worship services will continue to be streamed, as currently.
Devotees Safeguards

3. You Must please wear a Face Mask in Temple Premises.

4. You Must follow Social Distancing in Temple premises, both inside & outside. Stations are marked in the Worship-Hall to ensure social distancing.

5. Temple Capacity Limits: To ensure adequate social distancing the number of devotees inside the Temple will be capped at 30 people at this time.

6. No Food or Liquid items allowed.

7. DO NOT touch Any Surface, or deities, with your bare hands. Use and dispose Paper Towel to Open Doors & Faucets.

8. No handshaking or close contact. Greet with Namaste!

9. Keep your visit Brief. Do Not Linger or Socialize in the Temple premises.

10. Access to many Public Areas in the Temple is restricted. Bathroom Access Upon Request.

• The Temple has instituted the necessary precautions to prevent Covid-19 transmission per the CDC Guidelines.
• However, the risk of viral exposure cannot be eliminated as in any public gathering place.
• Please know that by entering the Temple premises you are agreeing to assume any risk related to contracting Covid-19 for you & your family.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES on ENTRY and EXIT from Temple:

ENTRY and EXIT from the Temple will now be from the NEW GATE at the Westside (Old. St.Augustine side ). The Premises East side gate (Philips Highway side) is closed for construction.

New Temple Hours:

Weekdays:
9:30 am to 10:30 am. Arati at 9:45 am
6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arati at 7:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday
9:15 am to 12:45 pm. Arati at 11:45 am
5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arati at 7:00 pm.

             Senior citizens: 9:30am-10 am except Sundays

We urge senior citizens to participate in Temple services remotely for their safety & wellbeing.

Temple Pooja and Abhishek Schedule:

All Community Worship Services Will Be Streamed Live on Facebook

✔ Every Tuesday -5:30 pm-6:00 pm: Hanuman Chalisa
✔ 1 st Sunday 8:30 am- 9:00 am: Ganesh Abhishek.
✔ 4 th Sunday: 8:30 am-Mahaveer Swami Pooja. Jain Samavesh.

PRIVATE POOJAS:

The following Private poojas can be scheduled during Community Temple hours.

✔ Vahan-Pooja will resume in Temple premises.
✔Anniversary and Birthday Pooja/Offerings
✔ Hiranya Shraddha, Shanti Pata Pooja. Social distancing will be maintained.
✔  Performing all the vidhis under the direct guidance of the priest.
Virtual Poojas, via WhatsApp Video or FaceTime, wherein the Yajman would participate fully

ONLINE Pooja Scheduling:

Scheduling Archana: On all days Archanas can be scheduled between 10:30-11:00 am in the morning and 8:00-8:30 pm in the evening.

We welcome and thank all the devotees for attending the temple and also observing the required precautions for their own safety & that of others. We appreciate the efforts of our volunteers, office staff & priests that made this re-opening possible.

Based upon our experience with devotee attendance, the added manpower for volunteers and office staff during these times, we are making some changes in Temple schedule starting Monday, July 6th, as we continue being open with
limited capacity and protective safety measures. Please also find updates on scheduling Private Poojas & Offerings below.

Please review the schedule below carefully as you plan your visits to the Temple.

Updated Phase 1 Temple Schedule

PLEASE NOTE: THE TEMPLE WILL BE CLOSED ALL MORNINGS
FROM MONDAY TO THURSDAY

Monday – Thursday
(Only Open in Evenings for Visit)

Arati at 9:45 am 
(pls participate in this online)
6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arati at 7:00 pm

Friday (Morning and Evening)
9:30 am to 11:00 am. Arati at 9:45 am.

Saturday & Sunday

Archanas:

All Archanas & Poojas can paid online and scheduled by the office staff. Please call (904) 268-7630 or email HSNEF Office . In-Person Archanas can be scheduled during regular Temple hours but will be suspended 15 minutes before and during Arati.

In-Temple Private Poojas:
The following Poojas can be arranged at this time: Vahan Pooja, Anniversary/ Birthday special prayers, Hiranya Shraddha, Shanti Pata Pooja. Social distancing & other precautions will be followed strictly.

Other Private Poojas:

Many Poojas, Samskaras, rituals can be conducted by our priest where you can join via WhatsApp Video or FaceTime. We welcome you to call the Temple office (904-268-7630) for further information and scheduling.
