We have set the dates and are accepting your registrations for the Hindu Day Camp 2021. JHDC will be held On-Site limited to 12+ year old vaccinated youth. Will be treated First-Come First Serve basis. Please download, fill, send your signed registration along with Payment prior to June 20th 2021. More details below.

Hello Everyone! With the revised CDC guidelines, we are happy to announce that we will be offering the HSNEF - Jacksonville Hindu Day Camp, In-Person at the temple premises. Here are the pertinent updated details: Number of Sessions: 2, 40 Campers in Each Session Duration of each session: 2 weeks Session 1: Weeks of July 5th and July 12th Session 2: Weeks of July 19th and July 26th
The final decision will be made after the last day to receive applications and all will be informed accordingly.
Who can participate: Any child, Age 12 and above, FULLY VACCINATED, can apply to be a camper.
Please Note: To be considered Fully Vaccinated the applicant must have received 2nd shot of the Pfizer vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to the starting date of the summer camp session applied for.
Cost per session: $250 (Members), $325 (Non-Members) For Previous Applicants, you will receive communication individually. For New applicants, please Fill the Camper Application and send it by June 20th. It will be treated on First Come Basis. Next steps are: 1. Download, Fill, Sign Completed Camper Application 2. Mail Application & Registration Fees by June 20th 2021 3. Submit Proof that the camper has been fully vaccinated by the start of the session Completed registration form and the fees can be handed or mailed to the HSNEF Temple Office by June 4th 2021. Attn: JHDC 2021 Registration The Day Camp will be conducted with all Safety Measures and we appreciate the support, understanding, and cooperation from the congregation. A Note Regarding Safety Measures: In keeping with the updated CDC guidelines for those fully vaccinated masking is Optional. But it is encouraged for added safety. Total Capacity is adjusted to control density. More efficient central filtration & GPS system have been installed in the Temple to ensure far cleaner & safer air. Air circulation has been increased. Regular cleaning is carried out. Several other safety measures are in effect.
