The objective of this program is to spread the scientific basis for the practice of Pranayama, and to share some key practices for improving well being, and reducing stress at all ages. This is open for anyone and at all stages of Yoga practice. No Yoga mat or apparel necessary. No large meal two hours prior to the class.
